The Final cost is dependent on the condition of your pet’s coat, difficulties envisioned, temperament issues and time needed to complete the treatment. All grooming is performed one-on-one by appointment. Average appointment time is 1.5 hours. We do not use kennels or crate-drying. Your pet will be in the hands of professional groomer.

- Receive a R 30 off your next booking, for each customer referral that you provide
- Block book (with advance payment) book 5 Platinum grooms and receive a sixth one free.
Additional charges are made for:
- Parasite treatments
- Designer / specialist shampoos
- Hand-stripping
- Major de-matting / shave off’s
- Bad behaviour
- Use of generator instead of customer power supply
- Fuel surcharge outside of prime area R6 per km. Check if you are in our Prime Area
Please note:
- Pricing for all additional services is discussed at the time of the initial assessment.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of R50.
